Social Security Disability

If you have suffered an injury or illness that has kept you out of work for at least a year, and have previously paid into the Social Security system, you may be entitled to Social Security disability (SSD) benefits. We also assist clients in understanding and applying for supplemental security income (SSI) if necessary.
  • Many individuals are turned down for benefits the first time they apply for Social Security disability. The process is designed to filter out some claims in order to ensure that the individuals who are granted SSD benefits are really in need of these funds.
